What to expect on your Portrait Journey

RESERVE YOUR SESSION
Sessions are by appointment only, so you need to click the RESERVE YOUR SESSION button to get started! When I receive your form, I will text to set up a call so we can talk about the details of your Project and get your THREE appointments on the calendar. Your appointments include a Session Planning Meeting, Portrait Session, and Artwork Ordering Appointment.
*Note: Please reserve your session at least 4-6 weeks prior to when you want the session to take place.

SESSION PLANNING MEETING
Attend your Session Planning Meeting to collaborate and create a vision for your portrait session! For little girls, I have a closet of dresses to choose from OR I can help you source the looks that fit what we are looking to create. I will go over style options and explain what artwork is available to you. When you leave the appointment you will be fully prepared for your portrait session and have an idea of what your final investment will be!
*Note: I recommend ALL decision makers be present on this day!

PORTRAIT SESSION DAY
This is the day we create the MAGIC. The studio will be set up and ready to go when you arrive. Since we have laid out all the details beforehand, all you need to do is enjoy the process!

ARTWORK ORDERING APPOINTMENT
In some cases, you will have a SAME DAY Ordering Appointment. Which means we will take a break after your session and you will return on the same day to choose your final portraits. In other cases, you will return to the studio on a different day to place your final artwork order. If you return to the studio, your ordering appointment will happen within 2 weeks of your Portrait Session day.
Your Artwork Ordering portion of your experience is so wonderful! You get to sit back and watch a slideshow of all the beautiful portraits we created during your session. At the end of the slideshow, I will help you narrow down your favorite images and we will make the final selection for your Artwork. I will help you every step of the way!
Please allow for 60-90 minutes for this process and bring ALL financial decision makers!

RETOUCHING, PRODUCTION, DELIVERY
Your selected images will immediately go into retouching. Once the images are retouched, any digital copies that come with your order will be delivered via an online gallery. Your printed artwork will be ordered from my professional lab and drop shipped to your home. You can expect final artwork to be delivered within 4-6 weeks (depending on the specific product). The Museum Canvas portraits may take 12-14 weeks.
If you require wall art installation assistance, I will schedule a time to visit your home or help you find an installer if you are more than an hour from the studio.
