SIGNATURE PORTRAIT EXPERIENCE

Creating with Intention. For Now and For Ever.

There are seasons of life that don't announce themselves as important while we're living them.

The missing front teeth. The freckles that seem to appear overnight. The way your daughter tucks her hair behind her ear. The expression your son makes when he's trying not to laugh. The way your children fit beside you right now.

And then, somehow, they change.

The Signature Portrait Experience is an intentionally designed portrait session centered around your family, your story, and the people you love most... with the purpose of creating finished artwork that allows you to hold onto this season long after it has passed. Whether we are honoring the individual or the family as a whole, the Signature Experience guides you to create something SPECIAL. Artwork worth keeping.

Planning Your Portrait Session.

This isn't simply about having pictures taken.

It's about deciding what is worth remembering.

Before I ever pick up my camera, I want to know who I'm photographing.

What do you love about them right now?

What do you see in them that you hope never changes?

What makes them them?

Maybe it's the quiet confidence beginning to emerge in your daughter. The mischievous grin you've known since your son was little. The relationship between siblings. Or perhaps you've realized that you are almost never in the photographs yourself.

Those things become the starting point.

From there, we'll design a portrait session that feels like you — and create artwork meant to live in your home, where you can see and enjoy it every day.

Your Portrait, Your Story

Unlike my Artist Choice Projects, where I begin with a creative idea and invite people to participate in that vision,

the Signature Experience begins with YOU.

We can create something timeless and simple, something playful, something more artistic, or a combination of all three.

A Signature Experience may be designed around:

  • one child at a particular age you want to remember

  • siblings and the relationship between them

  • a tween or teenager in a season of becoming

  • an individual adult portrait

  • a mother with her children

  • your entire family

  • or simply someone you love and want to celebrate

There doesn't have to be a milestone.

Sometimes who they are right now is reason enough.

Halm Family

Legacy is their core value.

From the moment we sat down to plan their family portrait session, I knew what matters most to them.

Legacy. Family Values. Being deeply rooted to their community.

We chose to style this special session in a more formal setting. They were used to hiring photographers to create something quick and casual and they knew they wanted something special for their wall art.

I helped guide them through the process of clothing selection and wall gallery design.

The final result was perfection Taking this "every day" family and creating something timeless and beautiful. A family bond truly worth celebrating.

Rose

Embracing her individuality and Strength.

From the moment you meet her, you can tell she has an opinion. That is what I ADORE about her.

She wasn't ready to come in and be a pink poofy princess, she wanted to lean her session in a more dramatic flair.

When I brought her in to try on dresses for her Session Planning Meeting, she immediately loved the black gown. I KNEW we were going to have such a fun time creating something in this moody vibe. The day of her session, I happened to grab the purple and gold outfit and although she wasn't sure at first, she decided to trust me and we created something truly beautiful.

Her mama absolutely LOVED the results and we selected the portraits for her framed artwork and custom portrait album. I am thrilled that her family truly understands the importance of creating these milestone memories and the artwork that goes with them.

B and her Girls

Honoring the love between a mother and her daughters.

Our daughters are the carriers of the Legacy. We must teach them to love themselves and protect their hearts.

That is exactly what this strong, beautiful mama has done for her girls. Showing them every day what it is to be a strong woman of God. To guide them, to cheer them on and to always be there for them.

This is how we build a Legacy. This is how we pass down the values that matter.

I am so happy "B" chose to commission a portrait session to honor this moment. We photographed the entire family and a variety of other settings for her portrait collection. This image spoke to me then and still speaks volumes to me know as her oldest daughter is already off to college with nothing but success and blessings on her horizon.

This portrait will always remain a special heirloom that takes them back to a time when everyone was under one roof.

There is nothing more precious.

Emma

NEXT LEVEL Senior Portraits for the girl with the biggest heart.

I have photographed Emma a few different times over the years and let me tell you, the more I spent time with her, the more I loved her. This sweet girl is going places.

She is truly special.

Her Mama knows that even more than I do and selected the multi session Senior Portrait Experience. She wanted to honor Emma during this special time in her life, just before adulthood.

They are a wonderful duo who absolutely trusted the process and allowed me to help style her different portrait sessions.

The ballgown portrait was inspired by her prom dress. We wanted her to have a Cinderella moment in the city.

The black and white portrait was born of my own creative vision for her. This girl knows how to SERVE the looks (as well as a volleyball and basketball!)

Emma had portrait created from spring, summer and fall to create a wonderful collection of images for her portrait album.

I will forever stay connected to her family and will cheer her on throughout her life. I can't wait to visit her again and hopefully create some more beautiful artwork of her.

Bryce

Bringing authenticity and love for God in every aspect of his life.

Bryce is one of those boys that have been with me for many years I started photographing him in 2013! I have seen all the milestones and the awkward phases. I have photographed him and his brothers in cute outfits and on Christmas sets.

Bryce was part of the Class of 2026 and of course his mama continued the tradition with a senior portrait session. Let me tell you how wonderful she is as well. She truly understands the value of a portrait. She honors her family and each of her boys with artwork that will stay with them for generations. The walls of her home are lined with their milestones and I know as each grows, she will look around at all the beautiful memories we have created over the years. Each portrait will take her back to their faces. As they become men, then fathers and so on.

You can tell the strength of Bryce's family because you can see in him the values that have been instilled. An understanding of respect, a drive to work hard, and an unfailing love of God.

His portraits, his artwork, his album, tell the Story of who he is and honors the Legacy he is part of and that he is building.
